Procrastination Saturday

argh! finally get to update my blog since a week of blogger problems!

Drama during the week: I almost lost my handphone in a smrt cab whose driver seemed to be living in his own world. Dropped the phone in the morning at about 10am and it took a whole day of calling the cab company at every hr interval, trying to figure out the cab driver's scrawly handwriting of his car license plate no, calling the driver's switched off hp after identifying his car license plate no, and calling my phone hoping everytime it's not the next passenger who picks it up and intends to steal it.... before the cab driver finally met up at my house in the evening to return the damn phone.

What's worse, the wife was in the passenger seat beside him and the moment the windows were wound down she started her machine gun like whining of how much trouble my lost hp caused them. Geez. I was already taking my wallet out hoping to thank the uncle with twenty bucks for his trouble but looking at how pissed the wife was i was afraid she'd throw the twenty bucks back in my face with contempt. So i thanked the still-smiling-apologetically and looking-very-hen-pecked taxi uncle, grabbed my phone and walked straight back home.

Do I feel guilty?
Maybe.
Maybe NOT.

This work week was pretty blah. bogged down by multiple assignments with looming deadlines and insufficient sleep and etc. as usual.

Checked out ink club bar last night with carrine at raffles city. The live band's music was uber coooll.... go down for a listen on fridays and saturdays..
Pity I don't have any pics. I really should stop hanging out at dark places! Or, I should get a camera phone with flash! hehee..
We ended the night with a MAXI cab ride home. hurhur. imagine our elation.. I was practically jumping up and down when we managed to flag it. Den I was running from one corner to another in the seven seater with only the two of us in it! haha!

Hm. speaking of good music. watched live from abbey road on tv the other day and they were featuring snow patrol recording 3 tracks in the studio. Man. they r sooo cooool.... Times like these i wonder why i'm doing wat i'm doing. maybe i need to get cancer with only 1 year left to live. i think my savings can last me for that long.

Rite. got to go back to work. *poutz*
